This site presented a challenge regarding access; (abutting a pedestrian crossing + bus lane).

Planning involved careful consideration given the building fell within the Muswell Hill conservation area.

Materials were unable to be stored onsite and were delivered on a ‘just in time’ basis from our fulfilment facility.
