A circa 1880’s property situated in West London having suffered major subsidence to the front bay.
Selwynco provided temporary support to prevent a catastrophic collapse. Upon provision of schedule of works
Upon demolition the front facade was carefully restored to match the original build.
Bricks were stripped back of paint to enable them to breath and prevent re-emergence of damp to the internal rooms.

Silicone moulds were taken of decorative brick and freezes to ensure reproductions in the event any damage occurred during the demolition stages to the building.
Sympathetically re-pointed in lime to offset against the reconditioned soft red bricks.
