A two bedroom flat renovation involving a full rip out. The construction of this 1970’s circa building presented various issues given its concrete construction and original underfloor heating system.

Rip out was completed in less than a week. Sub floors were removed back to original concrete slab. New waste water connections were made. Glass partitions and glass shelving were utilised to provide the maximum amount of natural light.

Kitchen units and wardrobes were bespoke cabinetry and fabricated onsite.
